To manage endocrine toxicity: thyroid,pituitary, adrenal and islet cells (insulin), requires:
1. Early recognition and early referral to endocrinologist good friend
2. Almost do not need to stop ICIs when symptoms are not severe
3. Stop ICIs temporally and resume afterdiscussion with endocrinologist
